REALTOR.ca
by REALTOR.ca Canada Inc. (Canadian Real Estate Association) · Platform · also known as Realtor.ca, MLS.ca
Canada's national consumer portal for MLS listings, operated by CREA's REALTOR.ca Canada Inc., with licensed data syndication through the DDF
Overview
REALTOR.ca is the national real estate listings portal of the Canadian Real Estate Association, operated by its subsidiary REALTOR.ca Canada Inc. It aggregates residential and commercial listings from member boards' MLS systems across Canada, with search by map and filters, agent and office directories, mortgage calculators and a consumer blog. For developers and advertising sites, CREA offers the REALTOR.ca DDF (Data Distribution Facility), a permission-based syndication service exposing listing data through a RESO Web API-style OData feed to approved recipients. The public website's terms of use prohibit scraping and automated extraction, and CREA states that it investigates and sends cease-and-desist letters when scraping is confirmed; access to listing data for applications must go through the DDF or a licensed intermediary. The site also serves bot-protection pages to non-browser clients, so automated access is impractical as well as disallowed.
Editorial note on uncertainty. The REALTOR.ca homepage and terms pages block automated HTTP clients (HTTP 403); content was verified through a rendering fetcher and CREA's own pages. DDF commercial terms were not reviewed.
