Overview
Centris.ca is the public listings portal for properties marketed by Québec real estate brokers, operated by Centris Corporation inc. from Montréal. It publishes residential, plex, lot and commercial listings for sale and for rent, with photos, descriptions, municipal assessment figures and neighbourhood information, plus a broker directory, mortgage calculators and price statistics by city. For appraisers and researchers it is the most complete public view of brokered asking prices in the province, though sold prices are not shown to the public. Its terms of use grant a personal, non-commercial licence to browse and explicitly prohibit scraping, data mining, framing, indexing and any commercial reuse of content without written consent; there is no public API. Systematic data collection therefore requires a licensing arrangement with Centris or access through a broker.
